Clients must provide necessary information, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner to ensure project timelines are met. Delays in client response may result in project rescheduling.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the final designs and websites we create for you. Nexgen Web Studio retains the right to display work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
5. Revisions and Changes
Project fees include a set number of revisions as agreed in your project scope. Additional changes outside the scope may be billed separately.
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is." While we aim for excellence, we do not guarantee that the websites we build will be error-free or immune to external factors like hacking.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nexgen Web Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of your website or services.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Fees for completed work up to the date of termination are non-refundable.
